Alice Perry

Business Development Manager – South Canterbury

South Canterbury Farmers, introducing your local Business Development Manager, Alice.

Alice brings great expertise in helping farmers make confident, informed decisions for their farming operation. Seasoned in fertiliser sales and advice, her career spans roles with rural insurance, animal feeds and fertiliser, reflecting a broad and practical understanding of the rural sector.

She also holds Intermediate and Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management qualifications through Massey University and a Bachelor of AgriScience (Hons) at Massey.

Born and raised on a Mid‑Canterbury arable cropping farm, farming is in her blood. Now based in North Otago, she balances professional life with her lifestyle block of horses and sheep, volunteer firefighting with the Weston Fire Brigade, a keen triathlete and runner and a proud mother of two young children.

A genuine passion for agriculture, community, and people sits at the heart of everything Alice does.
