Meet Ayla, our Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

With a passion for supporting New Zealand’s farming community, Ayla brings a wealth of experience in customer engagement, market insights, and project coordination to Marnco.

Having spent much of her career working alongside farmers and rural businesses, Ayla quickly discovered a genuine passion for supporting people within the industry. Her experience spans customer service, training and quality assurance, and market validation, giving her a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. While she briefly stepped away from agriculture, it did not take long for her to realise that the strong sense of community, connection, and purpose was what drew her back.

Outside of work, Ayla and her partner of eight years are kept on their toes by their two young children, a two-year-old son and a nine-month-old daughter. Whenever she gets a rare moment to herself, she enjoys embracing her creative side. Having grown up dancing and experimenting with music, she now channels that creativity into baking and cake decorating. She also enjoys fitting in a bit of exercise whenever family life allows.
