About the Marnco Group

The Marnco Group is a global commodity trader which specialises in the wholesale distribution of fertilizer products, predominantly in the Australian and New Zealand markets and which comprises of a number of complimentary services.

The Marnco Group offers a complete range of services, including the following: 

  • wholesale supply and distribution of fertilizer products (including bulk, bagged and specialty fertilizers) to commercial customers; 
  • international and domestic commodity trading, including sourcing, purchasing and sale of fertilizer products;

  • supply chain and inventory management services for fertilizer and related agricultural inputs;

When you enquire about the Marnco Group Services, or when you (or an entity you are affiliated with) become a client of the Marnco Group, a record is made which includes your personal information.

    • implementing marketing and communications initiatives directed to existing and prospective business customers;

    • recording customer interactions and inbound phone calls and, in limited circumstances, using an artificial intelligence note taking tool to record virtual conferences with customers for the purpose of preparing transcripts of those conferences;
    • conducting marketing analytics in relation to our email communications using email marketing tosols (such as MailChimp), including by collecting data about whether recipients open emails and click on links within them;
    • collecting and using freight and logistics data, including weighbridge and gate records and contact details for delivery drivers and logistics partners;

    You will not be charged for making a request to access your personal information but you may be charged for the reasonable time and expense incurred in compiling information in response to your request.
